This Privacy Policy explains how Stakeslinger ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website stakeslinger.com and our mobile applications (the "Apps") distributed via Google Play and the Apple App Store.
Stakeslinger is based in Mexico. This notice is issued in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and, for users in the European Union/EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Note: This is a general notice covering Stakeslinger and its apps. Where an individual app collects data differently, an app-specific notice is provided inside that app and on its store listing (Google Play "Data safety" and Apple "App Privacy").

2. What data we collect
Depending on the app and how you use it, we may process the following categories of data:

We do not knowingly collect data from children below the age required by applicable law without appropriate consent. We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Legal basis
- Mexico (LFPDPPP, 2025): processing is based on your consent (which, under the 2025 Federal Law, may be tacit unless the law requires express consent) and the purposes set out in this notice; we apply the principles of legality, consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and accountability.
- EU/EEA (GDPR): contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Third-party services
Our apps may use third-party providers that process data on our behalf. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — backend, authentication, database, analytics, crash reporting. Our Firebase data is hosted in the europe-west (Vienna / Belgium region, EU).
- Google Play Services / Apple App Store — distribution, in-app purchases.
- Add any other SDKs your specific app uses (ads, analytics, maps, etc.)
5. International data transfers
Stakeslinger operates from Mexico, while our backend (Google Firebase / Google Cloud) stores and processes data on servers located in the European Union. As a result, your data may be transferred between Mexico and the EU, and processed by Google in those regions.
For EU/EEA users, such transfers outside the EEA are protected by appropriate safeguards (e.g. the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Google's data processing terms). For Mexican users, international transfers are carried out in accordance with the LFPDPPP and its Regulations.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. You can request deletion at any time (see section 8).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your rights
Mexican users (ARCO rights): you may request Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Objection regarding your personal data, and withdraw consent, by contacting us at the email below. If you consider your rights were not properly addressed, you may contact the Mexican data protection authority, the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (SABG), which assumed these functions from the former INAI under the 2025 reform.
EU/EEA users (GDPR): you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and to data portability, and may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Diese Datenschutzerklärung erläutert, wie Stakeslinger („wir", „uns") personenbezogene Daten erhebt, verwendet und schützt, wenn Sie unsere Website stakeslinger.com und unsere mobilen Apps (die „Apps") über Google Play und den Apple App Store nutzen.
Stakeslinger hat seinen Sitz in Mexiko. Diese Erklärung erfolgt nach dem mexikanischen Bundesgesetz zum Schutz personenbezogener Daten im Besitz Privater (LFPDPPP) und – für Nutzer in der EU/im EWR – nach der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO).

2. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten
Je nach App und Nutzung können folgende Datenkategorien verarbeitet werden:

Wir erheben wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern unter dem gesetzlich erforderlichen Alter ohne entsprechende Einwilligung. Wir erheben keine sensiblen personenbezogenen Daten und nutzen Ihre Daten nicht für automatisierte Entscheidungen oder Profiling.
3. Rechtsgrundlagen
- Mexiko (LFPDPPP, 2025): Grundlage sind Ihre Einwilligung (die nach dem Bundesgesetz von 2025 stillschweigend sein kann, sofern das Gesetz keine ausdrückliche verlangt) und die in dieser Erklärung genannten Zwecke; es gelten die Grundsätze Rechtmäßigkeit, Einwilligung, Information, Qualität, Zweckbindung, Loyalität, Verhältnismäßigkeit und Rechenschaft.
- EU/EWR (DSGVO): Vertrag (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b), berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f), Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a) und rechtliche Verpflichtung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c).
4. Drittanbieter
Unsere Apps können Drittanbieter nutzen, die Daten in unserem Auftrag verarbeiten. Jeder hat seine eigene Datenschutzerklärung:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — Backend, Anmeldung, Datenbank, Analyse, Absturzberichte. Unsere Firebase-Daten liegen in der Region europe-west (Wien / Belgien, EU).
- Google Play Services / Apple App Store — Vertrieb, In-App-Käufe.
- Weitere von Ihrer App genutzte SDKs ergänzen (Werbung, Analyse, Karten usw.)
5. Internationale Datenübermittlung
Stakeslinger agiert von Mexiko aus, während unser Backend (Google Firebase / Google Cloud) Daten auf Servern in der Europäischen Union speichert und verarbeitet. Dadurch können Ihre Daten zwischen Mexiko und der EU übermittelt und von Google in diesen Regionen verarbeitet werden.
Für EU/EWR-Nutzer sind solche Übermittlungen außerhalb des EWR durch geeignete Garantien geschützt (z. B. EU-Standardvertragsklauseln und Googles Auftragsverarbeitungsbedingungen). Für mexikanische Nutzer erfolgen internationale Übermittlungen nach dem LFPDPPP und seinen Durchführungsbestimmungen.
6. Speicherdauer
Wir speichern personenbezogene Daten nur so lange, wie es für die genannten Zwecke erforderlich oder gesetzlich vorgeschrieben ist. Sie können jederzeit die Löschung verlangen (siehe Abschnitt 8).
7. Sicherheit
Wir treffen angemessene technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen zum Schutz Ihrer Daten. Keine Übertragungs- oder Speichermethode ist zu 100 % sicher.
8. Ihre Rechte
Mexikanische Nutzer (ARCO-Rechte): Sie können Zugang, Berichtigung, Löschung oder Widerspruch bezüglich Ihrer Daten verlangen und die Einwilligung widerrufen, über die untenstehende E-Mail. Werden Ihre Rechte nicht angemessen behandelt, können Sie sich an die mexikanische Datenschutzbehörde, die Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (SABG), wenden, die diese Aufgaben mit der Reform 2025 vom früheren INAI übernommen hat.
EU/EWR-Nutzer (DSGVO): Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch und Datenübertragbarkeit und können sich bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren.

Este Aviso de Privacidad explica cómo Stakeslinger ("nosotros") recopila, usa y protege sus datos personales cuando utiliza nuestro sitio web stakeslinger.com y nuestras aplicaciones móviles (las "Apps") distribuidas a través de Google Play y la App Store de Apple.
Stakeslinger tiene su sede en México. Este aviso se emite conforme a la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP) y, para usuarios en la Unión Europea/EEE, el Reglamento General de Protección de Datos (RGPD).
Nota: Este es un aviso general que cubre a Stakeslinger y sus apps. Cuando una app individual recopile datos de forma distinta, se ofrece un aviso específico dentro de la app y en su ficha de la tienda (Google Play "Seguridad de los datos" y Apple "Privacidad de la app").

2. Qué datos recopilamos
Según la app y cómo la use, podemos tratar las siguientes categorías de datos:

No recopilamos a sabiendas datos de menores por debajo de la edad exigida por la ley aplicable sin el consentimiento adecuado. No recopilamos datos personales sensibles y no usamos sus datos para decisiones automatizadas ni elaboración de perfiles.
3. Base legal
- México (LFPDPPP, 2025): el tratamiento se basa en su consentimiento (que, conforme a la Ley Federal de 2025, puede ser tácito salvo que la ley exija consentimiento expreso) y en las finalidades señaladas en este aviso; aplicamos los principios de licitud, consentimiento, información, calidad, finalidad, lealtad, proporcionalidad y responsabilidad.
- UE/EEE (RGPD): contrato (art. 6.1.b), interés legítimo (art. 6.1.f), consentimiento (art. 6.1.a) y obligación legal (art. 6.1.c).
4. Servicios de terceros
Nuestras apps pueden usar proveedores externos que tratan datos por nuestra cuenta. Cada uno tiene su propio aviso de privacidad:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — backend, autenticación, base de datos, analítica, reporte de fallos. Nuestros datos de Firebase se alojan en la región europe-west (Viena / Bélgica, UE).
- Google Play Services / Apple App Store — distribución, compras dentro de la app.
- Agregue cualquier otro SDK que use su app específica (anuncios, analítica, mapas, etc.)
5. Transferencias internacionales de datos
Stakeslinger opera desde México, mientras que nuestro backend (Google Firebase / Google Cloud) almacena y procesa datos en servidores ubicados en la Unión Europea. Por ello, sus datos pueden transferirse entre México y la UE y ser tratados por Google en esas regiones.
Para usuarios de la UE/EEE, dichas transferencias fuera del EEE se protegen mediante garantías adecuadas (p. ej., las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la UE y los términos de tratamiento de datos de Google). Para usuarios mexicanos, las transferencias internacionales se realizan conforme a la LFPDPPP y su Reglamento.
6. Conservación de datos
Conservamos los datos personales solo el tiempo necesario para las finalidades descritas o según lo exija la ley. Puede solicitar su eliminación en cualquier momento (ver sección 8).
7. Seguridad
Aplicamos medidas técnicas y organizativas razonables para proteger sus datos. Ningún método de transmisión o almacenamiento es 100% seguro.
8. Sus derechos
Usuarios mexicanos (derechos ARCO): puede solicitar el Acceso, Rectificación, Cancelación u Oposición respecto de sus datos personales, así como revocar su consentimiento, escribiéndonos al correo indicado. Si considera que sus derechos no fueron debidamente atendidos, puede acudir a la autoridad mexicana de protección de datos, la Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (SABG), que asumió estas funciones del extinto INAI con la reforma de 2025.
Usuarios de la UE/EEE (RGPD): tiene derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, oposición y portabilidad, y puede presentar una reclamación ante su autoridad de control.

Eliminación de cuenta y datos: escríbanos con el asunto "Eliminación de datos" para solicitar la eliminación de su cuenta y los datos asociados.
