1. Acceptance
By using the Stakeslinger website or apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for their intended purpose, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the apps, reverse engineer them (except where permitted by law), use them for unlawful purposes, or interfere with their operation or security.
4. Purchases
Paid features and in-app purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms and refund policies.
5. Disclaimer
The apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stakeslinger is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps.
7. Changes & termination
We may modify or discontinue the apps and update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States (Mexico), to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory consumer law. App store purchases remain subject to Google's and Apple's terms.

1. Geltung
Mit der Nutzung der Stakeslinger-Website oder -Apps stimmen Sie diesen Bedingungen zu. Wenn Sie nicht zustimmen, nutzen Sie diese bitte nicht.
2. Lizenz
Wir gewähren Ihnen eine persönliche, nicht-exklusive, nicht übertragbare, widerrufliche Lizenz zur bestimmungsgemäßen Nutzung unserer Apps, vorbehaltlich dieser Bedingungen und der jeweiligen App-Store-Bedingungen.
3. Zulässige Nutzung
Sie verpflichten sich, die Apps nicht zu missbrauchen, nicht zurückzuentwickeln (außer soweit gesetzlich erlaubt), nicht für rechtswidrige Zwecke zu nutzen und Betrieb oder Sicherheit nicht zu stören.
4. Käufe
Kostenpflichtige Funktionen und In-App-Käufe werden über Google Play oder den Apple App Store abgewickelt und unterliegen deren Bedingungen und Erstattungsrichtlinien.
5. Haftungsausschluss
Die Apps werden „wie besehen" ohne jegliche Gewährleistung bereitgestellt, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.
6. Haftungsbeschränkung
Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet Stakeslinger nicht für mittelbare, zufällige oder Folgeschäden aus der Nutzung der Apps.
7. Änderungen & Beendigung
Wir können die Apps ändern oder einstellen und diese Bedingungen jederzeit aktualisieren. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung nach Änderungen gilt als Zustimmung.
8. Anwendbares Recht
Es gilt das Recht der Vereinigten Mexikanischen Staaten (Mexiko), soweit zwingendes Verbraucherrecht dem nicht entgegensteht. App-Store-Käufe unterliegen weiterhin den Bedingungen von Google und Apple.

1. Aceptación
Al usar el sitio web o las apps de Stakeslinger, usted acepta estos Términos. Si no está de acuerdo, no los utilice.
2. Licencia
Le otorgamos una licencia personal, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar nuestras apps conforme a su finalidad, sujeta a estos Términos y a los términos de la tienda de aplicaciones correspondiente.
3. Uso aceptable
Usted se compromete a no hacer mal uso de las apps, no realizar ingeniería inversa (salvo lo permitido por la ley), no usarlas con fines ilícitos ni interferir en su funcionamiento o seguridad.
4. Compras
Las funciones de pago y las compras dentro de la app se procesan a través de Google Play o de la App Store de Apple y están sujetas a sus términos y políticas de reembolso.
5. Exención de garantías
Las apps se proporcionan "tal cual", sin garantías de ningún tipo, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley.
6. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida permitida por la ley, Stakeslinger no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso de las apps.
7. Cambios y terminación
Podemos modificar o descontinuar las apps y actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado tras los cambios constituye aceptación.
8. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos (México), en la medida permitida por la legislación de protección al consumidor aplicable. Las compras en tiendas de aplicaciones siguen sujetas a los términos de Google y Apple.
